Drive paid social and influencer initiatives for a fashion eCommerce brand, owning Meta Ads and influencer programs.

3–4 years of hands-on paid social experience with performance-driven eCommerce
Strong ability to recruit, onboard, and optimize top fashion influencers to build a consistent creator pipeline

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Launch, test, and optimize campaigns across:
Prospecting (broad, interest, lookalike)
Retargeting
Advantage+ / ASC campaigns
Monitor and optimize KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV
Conduct A/B testing across:
Creative (UGC, statics, video)
Copy and hooks
Audience segments

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience in paid social (Meta required)
Proven track record managing performance-driven eCommerce campaigns
Experience with influencer platforms like Rakuten and/or LTK
Strong analytical skills (comfortable with data, reporting, and optimization)
Familiarity with Shopify and GA4 is a plus
Strong communication and organization skills
Passion for fashion, swimwear, or eCommerce brands preferred

Preferred

Experience scaling DTC brands
UGC creative strategy experience
Familiarity with TikTok Ads or YouTube Shorts
Experience working with fashion/apparel brands
Google Ads experience a plus
