Job Summary

Own Google Ads optimization for health-focused campaigns with a strong focus on profitability and cross-client impact.

  • Growth: manage Search, Performance Max and Display, with weekly performance reviews and clear ROI signals.
  • Optimization: drive ROAS and CAC improvements through keyword, bidding, and budget discipline for multiple client accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Managing Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns
  • Bidding and budget management
  • Keyword research and search term optimization
  • Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), CAC, and drive profitable conversions
  • Create weekly in-depth performance analysis reports
  • Identify optimization opportunities and clearly communicate recommendations
  • Collaborate on creative performance optimization
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation
  • Communicate and engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, and media buying
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Highly organized, analytical, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Experience optimizing campaigns against KPIs
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Agency experience
  • Advanced proficiency in ad platforms: Google Ads, GA4,Google Tag Manager
  • Able to balance multiple campaigns effectively
