Own and optimize paid search across Google Ads and LSAs to drive revenue growth for eCommerce and lead-gen portfolios, using data-driven insights and AI-driven automation to scale high-impact campaigns.

Own paid search performance across key Google channels, feed-driven Shopping/PMax, and cross-channel attribution to deliver measurable client outcomes.
Align landing page optimization, GA4 insights, and reporting across platforms to inform strategy and enable rapid iteration.
Collaborate with SEO/AEO and reporting teams to ensure a cohesive acquisition plan and clear leadership-ready performance narratives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
Manage and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns for lead generation clients
Develop full-funnel strategies across eCommerce (DTC + enterprise) and lead generation accounts
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for scaling revenue and improving efficiency
Oversee and optimize product feed–driven campaigns (Shopping, PMax)
Provide strategic input on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements (CRO)
Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) for performance insights, attribution, and user behavior analysis
Lead forecasting, KPI development, and performance planning
Leverage third-party reporting and attribution platforms (including call tracking, CRM, and lead management systems) to ensure accurate performance measurement and deliver comprehensive, actionable client reporting
Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly client calls, presenting insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations

Preferred

Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Background in legal marketing / law firm lead generation
Experience with multi-location or service-based businesses
Exposure to multi-channel attribution models
Experience collaborating with SEO or AEO/GEO teams
Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce ecosystems

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Paid Search with deep expertise in Google Ads
Proven experience managing Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns
Extensive experience across both eCommerce and lead generation environments
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)
Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing product feeds
Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets (ROAS, CPA, CAC)
Experience integrating and analyzing data across third-party attribution, call tracking, and CRM platforms
Experience operating in high-performance, data-driven environments
Strong understanding of AI, automation, and evolving search landscapes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to client stakeholders and leadership teams
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
