Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy
• Develop acquisition strategies that align with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Identify new opportunities, challenge assumptions, and continually improve account performance.
• Client Leadership
• Become the primary strategic partner for 5–8 clients.
• Lead meetings, communicate insights clearly, and build long-term trusted relationships.
• Performance
• Work closely with our Paid Media Specialists to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.
• Jump into accounts when needed to troubleshoot, QA, or solve complex problems.
• Continuous Improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience leading strategy for B2B lead generation campaigns
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
• Experience managing multiple clients or business stakeholders

Preferred

• LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Programmatic Ads or equivalent
• Agency experience
• B2B SaaS or technology experience
• Experience with tracking, analytics, or conversion optimization
