Job Description

Develop and lead comprehensive paid media strategies and campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously, from brief creation through launch, optimization, and reporting.
Set up and manage campaigns across paid channels, including Google Ads, Performance Max, Microsoft/Bing, Facebook, Programmatic, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Reddit.
Ensure all campaigns have measurable, trackable goals in place before launch.
Manage daily, monthly, and lifetime campaign budgets with accuracy and accountability.
Execute ongoing optimizations based on performance data, client goals, and platform best practices.
Monitor and analyze account metrics, including keyword conversion rates, bid performance, impression share, quality score, and budget pacing.
Utilize internal and external tools to compile monthly performance reports and quarterly business reviews.
Track, analyze, and communicate key takeaways, trends, and ongoing opportunities for improvement to both clients and internal teams.
Research and monitor market trends, benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Seamlessly use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure campaigns have proper tracking in place (GA certification is a plus).
