Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaign launches, including targeting, budgets, bidding, tracking, and creative coordination.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, and delivery, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies based on client objectives and target audiences.
  • Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Optimise campaigns across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, budgets, keywords, and landing pages.
  • Plan and manage A/B tests across audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages.
  • Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency or B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong experience with one or more platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and making data-driven optimisation decisions.
  • Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals, targeting, bidding, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • Experience with GA4, HubSpot, CRM platforms, or similar marketing technology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with clients.
  • Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn certifications.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools or B2B marketing technology.
  • Experience connecting paid media performance to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience presenting campaign performance directly to clients.
