Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads strongly preferred.
• A working understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead-to-sale performance.
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to use data to make decisions rather than simply report results.
• A growth mindset and willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and improve through iteration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and franchise business owners.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets, and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where strategies, priorities, and opportunities can change quickly.
