Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with clients on account progress, performance, and problem resolution
• Develop multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies, including Search, Display, Social, Video, etc.
• Leverage several online and offline tools to carry out analysis and to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts
• Actively test and analyze paid search ad copy to achieve maximum ROI
• Execute and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports
• Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities
• Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends
• Manage one direct report with full accountability for performance, development, and day-to-day support, with the opportunity to help scale and mentor a growing team as the department expands.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience working on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social advertising (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Expertise in customer journeys and proven experience in growing brand awareness and ROI.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant major.
• At least 4 years of agency experience in a client-facing role is required.
• Advanced web skills, proficiency with Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to deliver under tight deadlines.
• The personal discipline to manage and develop campaigns for clients.
• A genuine curiosity that will guide the research to inform your technical work.
