Responsibilities

• Define and execute performance marketing strategy across Google & Meta.
• Own key acquisition metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV and overall campaign efficiency.
• Shift optimisation from short-term results to long-term client revenue growth.
• Align paid media strategy with client business goals and lifecycle marketing.
• Oversee daily campaign performance across multiple client accounts.
• Step into hands-on execution when needed (campaign builds, restructuring, scaling).
• Ensure best-in-class campaign setup, tracking, and attribution.
• Leverage tools like Optmyzr to optimise performance at scale.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards with clear, actionable insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PPC Specialists.
• Create a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Set structure and processes for a scalable paid media department.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and ongoing development.
• Act as senior point of contact for key client accounts.
• Translate performance data into clear business insights for clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, automation, sales).
• Deliver structured weekly and monthly reporting.
• Build for scale: expand paid media strategies across new markets and services.
• Continuously improve internal processes, systems, and workflows.
• Integrate PPC with CRM and automation systems (especially GoHighLevel).

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in PPC / performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing $40,000–$80,000+ USD in ad spend across campaigns/clients.
• Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong advantage.
