Job Summary
Own and optimize the paid media operations across multiple platforms with a focus on naming conventions, QA, tracking, and dashboards to surface timely signals.
- Campaign Operations: build, launch, and pace campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Reporting & Analytics: maintain dashboards and pull KPI-driven insights for weekly and monthly reviews.
- Coordinate cross-team deliverables and keep documentation organized.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations: Build and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Upload and organize ad creative
- Implement campaign naming conventions
- QA campaigns before launch
- Verify tracking and conversion setup
- Monitor campaign pacing and budgets
- Reporting & Analytics: Pull weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain reporting dashboards and spreadsheets
- Track KPIs including spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC
- Assist with data analysis and trend identification
