Job Summary

Own the multi-channel programmatic campaigns lifecycle, from audience planning to optimization, using first-party identity graphs and partner data to maximize return on budget.

  • Campaign Operations: Build and optimize a book of DSP campaigns across multiple platforms and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Audience & Strategy: Define high-return audiences and tactics leveraging first-party and partner data for efficient spend.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help to prepare, onboard, and optimize a book of campaign business across a variety of DSPs
  • Recommend audiences and strategies that deliver the highest returns for a given budget from utilizing our first-party identity graph alongside second-party and third-party solutions
  • Assist with the organization, process, and delivery of multi-channel programmatic campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and innovative solutions to accomplish high-stakes business goals while staying within cost constraints
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to account management team, highlighting successes, segment gains/losses, and areas for improvement
  • Analyze and translate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals
  • Support ongoing internal reporting and account trackers to provide ongoing details about campaign pacing, reporting metrics, account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, etc.
  • Contribute to audience and inventory forecasting, ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, and work with internal teams to suggest new strategies and campaign optimizations that drive revenue and/or performance
  • Lend a hand with strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ad operations
  • Strong project assistance and/or management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and deadline-driven projects
  • Time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teammates
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns that drive results
