Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day campaign management across Meta and secondary paid social channels — structure, budgets, bidding, placements, and pacing.
  • Develop and test audience targeting strategies with a focus on CPL efficiency and downstream conversion quality.
  • Partner with analytics, software development and creative teams to route budget toward winning creative, protect new test ads from being starved by legacy spend, and flag when fatigue sets in before it becomes a cost problem.
  • Analyze performance using the full KPI hierarchy: CPA and ROAS as primary decision metrics; hook rate, hold rate, and CTR as diagnostic signals that explain why primary metrics moved — never the other way around.
  • Manage the legacy ad problem proactively — use preheating campaigns to give new creative room to build algorithm recognition before competing in main evergreen campaigns.
  • Report with clarity and specificity at the right cadence: ad-level weekly reads for the performance team, portfolio-level patterns monthly, and account-level diagnosis quarterly for leadership.
  • Stay current on platform changes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on paid social media buying experience, with a strong track record on Meta.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets $100k+/Month
  • Proven ability to scale ad budgets while maintaining or improving CPL and ROAS — not just managing spend, but actively improving efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel-stage optimization.
  • Fluency in Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools; comfort reading spend signals, CPM trends, and algorithmic behavior — not just surface metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams: you understand that creative is the target, and you know how to brief what you need.
  • Analytical mindset that distinguishes between a creative problem and a landing page problem — and knows which one to solve first.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can translate performance data into decisions, not just reports.

Benefits

  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
