Role Description

This is a full-time role for Paid Media Buyer in Culver City, CA, with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) developing effective media strategies, conducting media planning, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing advertising ROI, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members to deliver successful campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Buying (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Understanding & (preferred) ability to create high performing Facebook & TikTok ad creative
• Strong Media Strategy and Analytical Skills
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing best practices
• Experience working with Facebook Ads, Google Ads & TikTok
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools
