Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own paid channels end-to-end: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, ChatGPT, and emerging developer-focused platforms
  • Build and optimize campaigns across search, display, and social for both developer and SMB audiences
  • Partner with growth and product to design landing pages and conversion flows
  • Establish attribution and reporting infrastructure so we know what's working
  • Manage budget allocation and bid strategy to hit CAC and ROAS targets
  • Run creative testing cycles in collaboration with design

Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years running paid acquisition, ideally for a B2B SaaS or API/developer product
  • Have managed $500K+ in annual ad spend with direct accountability to pipeline
  • Are fluent in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools like GA4
  • Know how to build attribution models from scratch, not just read dashboards
  • Are comfortable operating without a large team behind you

Preferred

  • Experience at a CPaaS, messaging, or developer focused company
  • Familiarity with PLG acquisition motions and developer audience targeting
