Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Padua Branding Fidelity

  • Mission Site Enablement & Support
  • Cross-Functional Brand Alignment
  • Replication Readiness & Scale
  • Monitor how Padua is represented across Mission Site websites, presentations, print materials, and other public-facing communications.
  • Identify and correct off-brand language, branding inconsistencies, or misuse of Padua materials.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on Padua brand standards, messaging, and approved marketing assets.
  • Build, manage, and continuously update the Padua National Marketing Toolkit housed in Padua Path.
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, clearly organized, version-controlled, and easy for Mission Sites to access and use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
  • Experience managing website content independently or in collaboration with a web developer.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and complete projects.
  • Experience working with brand standards, templates, and content systems across multiple teams or locations.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex program models into clear, usable materials.
  • Proficiency in marketing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, version-control, and stakeholder-management skills.
