Job Summary

Own in-person community lead gen by talking to people at everyday venues, turning conversations into free workouts and paid signups with quick, observable impact.

Face the BODY20 brand in the real world and generate walk-ins through venue outreach and quick demos.
Drive trial-to-signup conversions by engaging strangers, especially women, and guiding them to a free workout.
Measure impact by immediate walk-ins and early sign-ups to surface fast feedback and tweaks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Be the face of BODY20 in the community by talking to people in various venues to generate leads and walk-ins for a free workout.
Engage with strangers at coffee shops, ice cream shops, boutiques, farmers markets, events; convince them to try BODY20.
Get people (especially women) excited enough about BODY20 to walk through our doors for a free workout.
Talk to a husband and wife shopping... get them to come to BODY20 for a workout.. sign-up... and you just made $200 :)

Requirements

Have reliable transportation
Be light up a room and genuinely like talking to strangers
Want flexible hours that work around school, another job, or your life

Preferred

a passionate, positive and detail oriented person that can talk to anyone
someone who enjoys teamwork and wants to be a part of a world class fitness company
someone who would go all in on an 80’s themed workout and might just drop and do a burpee for fun
