Job Summary

Own local networking reach and referral generation through chambers, BNI, and community events to raise Floor Daddy's profile with Realtors, contractors, designers, and other partners.

  • Own the Phoenix metro community-networking strategy to generate referrals and collaboration opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with local business owners and organizations to create introductions for the sales team and quick-wins for growth.
  • Coordinate brand ambassador activity and sponsorship exploration to raise awareness and trust in the market.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Attend local Chamber of Commerce events
  • Participate in BNI groups and networking organizations
  • Attend business mixers and professional networking events
  • Participate in community events and local business gatherings
  • Identify new networking opportunities throughout the Valley
  • Professionally represent Floor Daddy at all times
  • Introduce business owners and community members to our company
  • Build awareness of our services and reputation
  • Become a trusted ambassador for the brand
  • Develop relationships with local business owners
Requirements
  • Location: Tempe, AZ
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Must be able to attend local networking events and work in the Phoenix metropolitan area
