Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Global Growth Execution & Performance Management
  • - Leads the development and execution of global paid media plans across search, social, and emerging performance channels, aligned with the global marketing strategy and commercial priorities established by marketing leadership.
  • - Recommends channel mix and investment allocation by region based on performance data, commercial priorities, and strategic direction established by marketing leadership.
  • - Establishes acquisition targets including cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend, ensuring disciplined performance management.
  • - Develops lead forecasting models by market, aligning expected output with commercial targets and pipeline needs.
  • - Owns performance optimization across the acquisition funnel, improving conversion from visitor to lead and, in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing and Sales, from lead to appointment and qualified opportunity.
  • - Evaluates acquisition quality beyond lead volume by analyzing lead-to-appointment conversion, opportunity progression, revenue contribution, customer acquisition cost, and other downstream performance indicators.
  • Affiliate, Media & Partnership Performance
  • - Develops and executes scalable affiliate and media partnership programs aligned with global growth priorities.
  • - Identifies and evaluates industry media, continuing education platforms, and affiliate partners to drive incremental lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proven experience managing paid media, affiliate channels, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable growth in lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Experience working with marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience connecting acquisition-channel performance to downstream funnel outcomes, including lead quality, pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue.
  • Experience partnering with lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, digital experience, or e-commerce teams to improve customer journeys and conversion performance.
  • Experience leading analysts, agency partners, or cross-functional performance teams and translating complex data into executive-level recommendations.
  • Passion for customer-centered, data-driven marketing, structured experimentation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to delivering measurable commercial impact while protecting customer experience, brand integrity, and long-term growth.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries preferred.
