Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of all BHCA events.
• Develop event timelines and operational plans.
• Manage vendors, permits, logistics, and safety.
• Coordinate registration, setup, and strike activities.
• Track event budgets and outcomes.
• Manage website content and updates.
• Execute social media strategy.
• Produce newsletters and email campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials and promotional assets.
• Maintain branding standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree of bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of event coordination, marketing, or administrative experience
• Proven track record of successful event management – ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience with website content management systems
• Social media management experience with demonstrated results
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
