We're hiring the person who takes the day-to-day off two founders' plates so we can focus on growing what we've built. Not a task-taker. A builder.

The Expanded Collective is a coaching and education company for health and wellness practice owners. Verve Chiropractic is a family chiropractic group with two Orange County offices. Both are led by the same two founders, both are growing fast, and right now we are the glue holding it all together. We also host a podcast and are expanding into live events. This role fixes that, and grows with us.

What you'll own

• Executive support: calendars, inbox triage, scheduling, and protecting the founders' focus time
• Operations and follow-through: keeping every project moving with a clear owner, next step, and due date
• Weekly operating rhythm: meeting prep, notes, and tracking action items to done
• Building the business: following our SOPs and writing new ones as we grow
• Light social and content: helping schedule and publish on time and on brand
• Podcast and events: coordinating recordings and guests, and helping plan and run our live events
• A bit of everything: occasional personal assistant support for the founders (about 5% of the role)

You are

• A self-starter who owns the outcome, not just the task list
• High energy with a real bias for action. You get things done
• Fired up to help build a brand alongside the founders, not just clock hours
• Ambitious and hungry to grow, with an intrapreneur's mindset. You treat the business like it's your own, spot what needs doing, and run at it
• Adaptable and energized by variety. You are at your best when no two days look the same
• Highly organized with follow-through that closes loops without reminders
• Very comfortable with technology and genuinely excited to use AI tools daily
• Discreet and trustworthy, based in Orange County and available for regular in-person time. This is not a fully remote role

Nice to have: experience supporting a founder or executive, a background in health, wellness, coaching, or agency work, and familiarity with GoHighLevel or project management tools.

This role is built to grow into an operations leadership seat as we scale.
