Job Description
Responsibilities
- Client Success: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading onboarding, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are hit.
- Digital Production: Take the lead on Google Ads setup (GTM, tagging, initial structure) and weekly optimizations. You’ll also handle SEO "last-mile" tasks like CMS formatting and Google Business Profile management.
- Financial Hub: Own the billing lifecycle—from creating and editing invoices to managing collections and project expenses.
- Operational Support: Keep the agency running smoothly by managing reception, office logistics, and providing high-level executive assistance to our leadership team.
Requirements
- A "hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics."
Preferred
- Google Ads Certification is a major plus.
