Own Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas across the Hospitality and Experiential segments, grounded in customer and market insight
Translate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives, including how our software and payment network are stronger together
Own competitive positioning for Travel, including where we win, where we don’t, and what needs to change
Ensure consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales
Own go to market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives in Travel, including priorities and trade-offs across both lines of business
Partner with Product to turn roadmap into market ready messaging and materials
Drive coordinated execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
Partner with Pricing and Commercial teams so packaging and positioning match the value clients get
Continuously refine approach based on performance and feedback

Requirements

At least 8 years of B2B product marketing experience across SaaS, payments, fintech, or similar environments
Experience as the senior product marketer for a product line, platform, or vertical, setting direction rather than executing a plan handed to you
Proven track record owning positioning, go to market launches, and enablement with clear ties to pipeline, conversion, and revenue
Strong commercial and product instincts, with a clear understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales motions
Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling value propositions that resonate with buyers
Comfortable partnering with Product, Sales, and senior commercial stakeholders, and influencing without authority
Hands on experience using AI in day to day marketing workflows, with a focus on improving speed, quality, and scale
Curiosity and willingness to continuously evolve how work gets done and experiment with new approaches
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across teams
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
