Office & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Manage and update company website content and social media platforms.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Assist with planning and promoting company events, member meetings, educational programs, and community activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars and promotional schedules.
• Take photographs and gather content for marketing campaigns and company communications.
• Ensure consistent branding across all company communications and promotional materials.
• Dispatch propane and fuel orders
