Job Summary

Own partner relationships and program execution across automotive tech, coordinating with BD, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to deliver partnerships and monthly reporting.

Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from kickoff to on-time execution and spec development.
Coordinate with Development, Sales, and Marketing to grow key partnerships and maintain high service levels.
Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and keep stakeholders aligned with reporting and governance.

Job Description

Assist BD Director in the development and execution of partnerships
Ensure timely execution of each partner opportunity through close collaboration with internal and external parties on specification development
Work with PureCars' Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to manage and grow key existing partnerships
Facilitate requirements gathering, understand timelines including time to market, and assist with risk mitigation
Maintain communication with Partners and other project stakeholders
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
Assist in developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration with PureCars' operations, examining risks, and estimating partners' needs and goals
Create and maintain comprehensive partner program documentation
Manage relationships with existing Partners to ensure a consistent, high level of functionality, service, and performance
Assist Sales and Marketing teams with program specifics and customer service
