Analyze engagement and report what works and what to adjust
Maintain clear communication and meet deadlines

Job Description

Responsibilities

Come to our Flatiron studio once a month for a 1-2 hour shoot (classes, the space, short clips)
Edit that footage into Reels and posts, with captions and a consistent look
Post to Instagram 2x per week and write the captions
Send a short monthly summary: what you posted, what performed, and what you’d change

Requirements

Live in NYC and can come in person
Have wellness, fitness, or health-adjacent work in your portfolio
Can handle a sensitive subject like mental health with care and good judgment
Edit natively in CapCut, Premiere, or similar, and know how Reels work
Communicate clearly and meet deadlines
