Job Summary

Own and drive US events and partnerships end to end, shape local market input and align central growth programs, while managing budget and field sales support.

  • Own the US events program from planning to ROI reporting and post-event follow-up.
  • Build and manage US partnerships and co-operations, coordinating with executives before activation.
  • Provide market input and ensure brand alignment across central growth initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of US events & trade shows: End-to-end responsibility for the US event calendar , e.g. trade shows, conferences, partner events, roadshows, and webinars , from planning and budget through booth logistics , staffing, lead capture, and post-event ROI reporting. The booth design and creative come from HQ and delivery in-market is entirely your own .
  • US partnerships & co-operations: You identify, qualify, and build the strategy for US partners ( associations, dealer groups, re-marketing platforms, and media partners ) leading early-stage engagement and coordinating sign-off with the Head of Growth Marketing and the CEO of AVILOO Inc. before activating co-marketing and reseller deals.
  • Brand alignment & market input: You apply AVILOO’s global brand and messaging with judgement rather than creating local variants, and you feed structured market intelligence on positioning, objections, competitive moves, and PR opportunities back to our Product Marketing, Content, and PR teams at HQ.
  • Structured input into central growth programs: ABM, demand generation, paid media, and SEO are planned and run centrally . You shape them through a defined monthly planning cadence with the Demand & ABM Manager, keeping the US target account list sharp and reviewing local copy before it goes live.
  • Local materials & field sales support: You brief HQ, manage local print and production vendors, and get collateral, booth graphics, and sales kits into the field . You provide day-to-day support for the North American sales team with references, case studies, and event follow-up.
  • Budget ownership & reporting: You plan, forecast, and track the budgets for US events, partnerships, and local materials end to end, and report monthly on pipeline contribution, spend, and field-owned KPIs such as qualified event leads and cost per opportunity.

Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing - ideally in B2B technology, automotive, or automotive services.
  • A proven track record of owning a regional event program end to end , e.g. trade shows, vendors, logistics , budgets, and measurable follow-up.
  • Strong stakeholder skills across time zones and comfort operating in a matrix: You keep a local CEO and a functional lead in Europe aligned on the same plan and escalate early when priorities diverge.
  • Solid understanding of the North American automotive, dealer, re-marketing, auction, and fleet landscape or the ability to get there fast.
  • Hands-on experience managing local vendors, agencies, and production partners, and building partnerships from first contact through to a signed framework.
  • A commercial mindset: You think of pipeline and cost per opportunity, track spend against forecast and are comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within North America and to our headquarters in Austria, with excellent written and spoken English.
  • BA/MA in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and genuine interest in electric mobility.
