Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of the practice CRM across email, SMS and direct mail, ensuring communications are strategic, timely, accurate and patient-focused.
• Manage the New You CRM marketing calendar across Plastic Surgery, SKN SPA & Dermatology.
• Develop and execute monthly patient communications, including:
• Monthly newsletters
• Promotional campaigns
• Service/procedure communications
• Event invitations
• Seasonal and timely patient communications
• Manage targeted patient communication programs, including:
• Birthday communications

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, marketing operations or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with email, SMS, direct mail and CRM platforms .
• Strong project management, organization and attention to detail .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and identify opportunities .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Symplast CRM, Modernizing Medicine, Airtable, Birdeye and Google Business Profile preferred.
• Healthcare, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics or medical spa experience a plus.
• Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented , with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
