Job Summary

Drive local outreach by engaging homeowners near Joyce projects, coordinating on-site marketing and events, and scheduling in-home consultations to move homeowners toward sales.

  • Neighborhood Engagement: Build awareness and excitement in communities around Joyce projects.
  • Event & Outreach: Set up marketing stations and events to generate leads.
  • Sales Collaboration: Schedule and support in-home design consultations with the sales team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage homeowners near Joyce projects to build awareness and excitement in local communities.
  • Set up and run neighborhood marketing stations, tents, and events to generate leads and interest.
  • Speak with homeowners about Joyce products and services
  • Schedule and support free in-home design consultations for our sales team
  • Help create energy and excitement in the communities we serve
  • Work closely with team leaders and marketing staff to hit performance goals
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in the field

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong energy
  • Comfortable talking to new people
  • Competitive mindset and self-motivated attitude
  • Someone who enjoys staying active instead of sitting behind a desk all day
  • Reliable transportation preferred

Preferred

  • Previous customer service, marketing, sales, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required
