Responsibilities

• Develop engaging multimedia content for a variety of platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and branded materials — spanning photography, video production, motion graphics, and static design assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients, demonstrating a proven ability to internalize, apply, and switch between distinct brand standards — ensuring every deliverable accurately reflects each client's unique tone, style, and visual identity without crossover or dilution.
• Collaborate with the in-house marketing team on creative projects, translating campaign concepts and strategic goals into compelling visual content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized workflows and reliably meeting established deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Accept, incorporate, and apply creative feedback with professionalism and a growth mindset, iterating on work to deliver the strongest possible final product.
• Design branded assets for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads, adapting content for each format and audience.
• Create motion graphics and short-form video content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and other short-form formats.
• Support campaign launches with deliverables such as thumbnails, text animations, carousels, event graphics, and pitch decks.
