Lead end‑to‑end planning for a diverse portfolio of events, including corporate meetings, open houses, Merrick golf tournament, client engagements, employee events, and special initiative
Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify event objectives, target audiences, messaging priorities, and desired outcomes.
Lead kick-off call and touch base meetings with key stakeholders. Maintain event organization on Teams page for collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive event plans including audience, objectives, timelines, budgets, run‑of‑show documents, staffing/volunteer plans, and contingency strategies.
Project manage event preparation with our marketing team for marketing needs.
Identify, evaluate, and secure venues and vendors, as required, that best support event goals, logistics, budget, and quality.
Coordinate contracts and invoice approvals.
The Marketing & Events Coordinator also provides Central Marketing Services department support as needed.
