Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product messaging and positioning for Stripe Billing to ensure clarity and differentiation in the market
  • Create campaign-level content, sales enablement materials, and collateral to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts
  • Collaborate with product, partnerships, and demand generation teams to build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness, demand, and product usage
  • Enable sales teams with training, tools, and insights to effectively communicate the value of Stripe Billing and address customer needs
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, feature updates, and targeted campaigns to maximize product adoption
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and product positioning
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results and achieve business goals
  • Act as a product advocate internally and externally, representing Stripe Billing in various forums and customer engagements

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or related technology sectors
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth strategies and product lifecycle management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear benefits for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to identify opportunities and measure success
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with interdependent workstreams and tight deadlines
  • Passion for technology, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, engaging terms
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Experience developing messaging, positioning, and sales enablement assets
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Preferred: Experience with SaaS products related to billing, payments, or financial services
