Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Other emerging platforms
- Own budget allocation and performance optimization
- Track and improve key metrics: CPL, CPA, Conversion rates, ROI
- Launch, test, and scale new campaigns and funnels
- Work with creative team on ad strategy and testing
- Manage landing pages and improve conversion rates
- Build and manage automations (Zapier, CRM, workflows)
- Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights
- Work with outside partners (TV, radio, agencies) as needed
- Support growth across multiple markets and brands
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in digital marketing or paid media management
- MUST HAVE Meta Ads buying experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads and performance marketing
- Highly analytical with strong understanding of ROI and metrics
- Experience managing and scaling ad budgets
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Zapier
- Ability to manage campaigns across multiple markets/brands
- Self-starter who can execute and think strategically
- Comfortable working with a visionary founder in a fast-paced environment
