Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Other emerging platforms
• Own budget allocation and performance optimization
• Track and improve key metrics: CPL, CPA, Conversion rates, ROI
• Launch, test, and scale new campaigns and funnels
• Work with creative team on ad strategy and testing
• Manage landing pages and improve conversion rates
• Build and manage automations (Zapier, CRM, workflows)
• Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights
• Work with outside partners (TV, radio, agencies) as needed
• Support growth across multiple markets and brands

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in digital marketing or paid media management
• MUST HAVE Meta Ads buying experience
• Strong experience with Google Ads and performance marketing
• Highly analytical with strong understanding of ROI and metrics
• Experience managing and scaling ad budgets
• Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Zapier
• Ability to manage campaigns across multiple markets/brands
• Self-starter who can execute and think strategically
• Comfortable working with a visionary founder in a fast-paced environment
