Job Description

Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain server-side conversion tracking via the Meta Conversions API (event design, match keys, deduplication, Event Match Quality).
Own Business Manager and Events Manager configuration — datasets, ad accounts, asset assignment, and permissions across a multi-account structure.
Configure and troubleshoot Aggregated Event Measurement, domain verification, and iOS/privacy-driven attribution.
Ensure all tracking is HIPAA-compliant and free of PHI/PII leakage to advertising platforms.
Diagnose and resolve conversion attribution and reporting issues end to end, and validate fixes with live test events.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale full-funnel Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns against real purchase signal.
Lead creative testing and iterate on structure, audiences, and budget allocation.
Produce clear documentation and runbooks so internal teams can maintain the setup.

Requirements

4+ years managing paid Meta campaigns with proven scaling results.
Deep, hands-on expertise with the Meta Conversions API and server-side event pipelines.
Advanced command of Business Manager / Events Manager, including shared datasets across multiple ad accounts under a single Business Manager.
Working mastery of Aggregated Event Measurement, domain verification, and modern attribution.
Experience implementing privacy-compliant tracking for regulated verticals (health, telehealth, pharmacy, finance, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to validate that a tracking fix genuinely works.

Preferred

Experience with a privacy-focused CAPI middleware platform (e.g., Ours Privacy, server-side GTM, CAPI Gateway, Stape, Elevar).
Background in DTC health / GLP-1 / telehealth advertising.
Familiarity with Claude / AI tooling to build monitoring, audits, or automation around ad operations.
Comfort working under NDA and a BAA.
