Responsibilities

• Greet patients with genuine care and professionalism
• Support appointment scheduling, intake, and check-out processes
• Anticipate patient needs and deliver a seamless in-office experience
• Help patients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey
• Promote our integrative services through thoughtful digital marketing and community outreach
• Support marketing manager with social media presence with engaging, educational content
• Design flyers, email campaigns, and local promotions that reflect our mission
• Capture and share patient success stories to highlight real outcomes

Requirements

• A service-first mindset and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Interest in integrative and naturopathic healthcare
• Comfort with front desk tools (EMR, scheduling platforms, Canva, etc.)
• Marketing experience (social media and/or content creation)
• A proactive, organized, and compassionate approach to your work
