Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage asset and creative deliverables and deadlines
- Confirm accurate materials have been received from the client, and work with client teams to make adjustments when needed
- Hand off assets to internal teams
- Use Asana to manage workflow and timelines through the holiday promotional period
Requirements
- 4+ years managing projects, traffic, or production in a media or marketing agency
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- Able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Asana or a similar project management tool
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Available during EST or CST hours
Preferred
- Experience with holiday or retail promotional calendars is a plus
