Requirements:
1. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and master new systems quickly. 2. Mastery of fundraising data flows across individuals, foundations, soft‑credit relationships, and in‑kind gifts; ensuring every transaction is correctly classified and allocated to GL codes for reliable reporting. 3. Proficient in navigating and utilizing Ethnos360 and Ethnos360 Aviation databases. 4. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration. 5. Skilled in Excel/CSV tools, including creating and managing spreadsheets. 6. Solid understanding of mail‑merge principles and their practical application in donor communications. 7. Proactive in staying current with advancements in database and CRM technology.
  • Must be a career member of Ethnos360. Must be an Ethnos360 career member having completed training at ETC or equivalent Global Partner. Resident on-site in McNeal is required; remote work is not available for this role. Prior database experience required.

Purpose: Oversee the communication of the vision and ministry of Ethnos360 Aviation through all forms of media communications (written material, displays, presentations, etc.), ensuring that the connection of aviation and church planting is clearly conveyed and that audiences are presented with the end result of their current or future participation. This participation is prayer, mobilization, and donor development.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Director of Ministry Advancement to set objectives for the media team to communicate the ministry of Ethnos360 Aviation
  • Work with the Director of Ministry Advancement to plan strategy and evaluate methods for reaching those objectives
  • Monitor, document and evaluate the effectiveness of all communication strategies and projects and adjust as needed to achieve stated goals
  • Set realistic goals for each member of the media team and be proactive in helping team members achieve those goals
  • Help team members develop projects with clear objectives and work with them to implement the projects for media distribution
  • Oversee design and presentation of media, evaluating its relevance, interest level, content and action points, considering the following:
    • What will the recipient remember from what they see/hear?
    • Does the media show how Ethnos360 Aviation is unique?
    • Will the recipient be challenged to ask how they can be involved in this work?
  • Monitor and experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage public media activities for the greatest visibility possible
  • Pursue various methods to grow the recipient base
  • Work with other Ethnos360 Aviation departments and international Global Partner ministries to develop stories, projects or items of interest to our audience.
