Job Summary

Own the measurement and insights delivery for client communications programs, turning media data into actionable recommendations across industries; lead AI-assisted research with strong quality controls to accelerate delivery while maintaining accuracy.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Support the delivery of communications measurement and insight projects across a variety of industries and client accounts
  • Responsibilities: Assist with project setup, data collection, quality assurance, and report preparation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Responsibilities: Analyze media coverage and communications data to identify trends, key findings, and actionable insights
  • Responsibilities: Help prepare client presentations, reports, and supporting materials under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate project deliverables and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Responsibilities: Support onboarding activities for new client projects by helping document project requirements and delivery plans
  • Responsibilities: Interpret communications and media data to help identify meaningful patterns and trends

  • Responsibilities: Learn industry-standard communications measurement frameworks and apply them consistently across client work
