Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating 12-20 short-form content videos per month on most social media platforms
  • Upload consistently to social media by selecting form of content shared and writing captions
  • Manage social media in both content creation as well as responses to comments
  • Maintain content calendar
  • Creating 2-4 long-form content videos per month on Youtube
  • Document progress of projects with pictures specifically before and afters
  • Film client testimonials and team culture
  • Create 4 or more structured internal teaching videos per month to be used for onboarding new employees, job training reinforcement, and franchise training
  • Create 2 or more informational videos per month regarding commonly asked questions through each phase of the project for new clients
  • Review monthly analytics with management team

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred

  • Previous experience leading content creation preferred
  • Drone License preferred
  • Graphic design skills preferred
  • YouTube growth understanding preferred
  • Construction knowledge preferred
