Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and launch campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok — A/B testing creatives, audiences, and landing pages to find winners fast
Monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR, and frequency daily — kill what’s not working, scale what is
Brief creative teams on winning angles, hooks, and formats — creative IS the targeting in 2025+
Deliver weekly performance reports and iterate on what the data tells you

Requirements

2+ years managing paid campaigns on at least two platforms: Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok
DTC / e-commerce background — you understand the full funnel, click to purchase
Experience managing $30K+/month in ad spend without blowing up CPA
You live in dashboards and spreadsheets — you spot trends before they become obvious
Self-managed, proactive, and reliable in a fully remote environment
