Job Summary

Own end-to-end Meta ads strategy and execution for e-commerce: plan, launch, optimize campaigns, interpret metrics, iterate creatives, and translate insights into briefs while maintaining transparent reporting.

  • Manage campaigns from structure to bidding with data-driven decision making
  • Translate performance insights into actionable briefs for creative teams

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You plan, launch and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), from campaign structure and audiences to budgets and bidding
  • You monitor and interpret performance metrics daily (CTR, CPM, CPC, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, ROAS) and understand what is actually driving results
  • You break down ads into their variables (hook, angle, format, creator, offer, length, CTA) and identify which elements win and which don't
  • You make clear iteration decisions: what to scale, what to kill, and which new variants to test next
  • You translate data into concrete briefings for creative strategists and editors, so every new ad is based on insights rather than guesswork
  • You build and maintain reporting that makes performance and test learnings transparent to the team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a media buyer for Meta ads, ideally in e-commerce or direct response (with examples of results and decisions you made)
  • A strong analytical mindset: you are comfortable with numbers, spot patterns quickly and can distinguish signal from noise
  • Solid understanding of creative testing frameworks and statistical significance
  • Confident handling of Ads Manager, spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Fast turnaround and reliability with deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience with attribution tools (e.g. Triple Whale, Northbeam) or GA4
  • Understanding of UGC and direct-response creatives, so you can give editors precise feedback

Benefits

  • Flexible schedule

Kovacs

KOVACS is board reporting infrastructure for independent mortgage lenders, servicers, and title agencies.Every year, compliance officers do work their board will never fully see. Access reviewed. Vendors vetted. Incidents caught and contained before they became disclosures. The program ran. Nothing broke. And when the board finally asks for the annual report 16 CFR 314.4(i) requires, that work has to be reconstructed by hand, under pressure, from a year of scattered tickets and spreadsheets. That gap between what compliance teams do and what a board can actually see is not a technical problem. It is a documentation problem. It is where examiners ask harder questions, where Freddie Mac counterparty reviews stall, and where a real security program looks weaker on paper than it actually is; not because the work was poor, but because the proof was never built.KOVACS closes that gap. Metrics from the security tools already in place are ingested, normalized, and translated into a written report mapped directly to what 16 CFR 314.4(i) requires, ready for the Qualified Individual to present to the board. No manual reconstruction. No scramble each year the report comes due.Serious compliance teams use KOVACS to make the invisible work provable; so they walk into every board meeting, every counterparty review, with evidence, not explanations.
