Cannella Media DTC LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our media operations team as a Media Associate. If you enjoy working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting smooth media operations, this role is for you. The Media Associate processes all station pre/post logs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while building knowledge of Cannella Media’s operations and collaborating across departments to achieve business goals. What You’ll Do: Process station pre/post logs and related email attachments accurately and promptly Verify data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and escalate issues to leadership as needed Develop expertise in CORE (Short Form media system) and PremiumMedia360 (Log Importing Tool) Collaborate with supervisors and station partners to improve processes and implement automation Monitor high-priority requests and maintain clear communication with the media team What We’re Looking For: Associate degree in Media Studies, Advertising, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience with strong analytical and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data entry, verification, reporting; Outlook for managing emails) Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proactive, collaborative team player able to work independently This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their understanding of media operations while making a real impact behind the scenes.
