Responsibilities

• Partner with indie agencies and clients to enhance their measurement capabilities and performance on TikTok.
• Educate agencies through presentations, consultations, and data-backed case studies on best practices and TikTok measurement solutions.
• Align with XFN teams on GTM strategies and ensure cohesive agency measurement activations.
• Lead execution of 1P Measurement solutions (Attribution Analytics, PPS, Split Testing, CLS, MMM) and drive adoption through Test & Learn plans.
• Manage agency feedback to inform product improvements and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with 3P measurement providers to streamline onboarding, implementation, and insights interpretation.
• Support strategic consulting and analytics projects to prove TikTok’s effectiveness and elevate agency measurement maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers.
• Familiarity with media mix modeling, incrementality testing, attribution, and auction fundamentals.
• Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task-management skills is a must.
• Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems.
• Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill.

Preferred

• Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
• A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
• Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
• A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
• A background in performance measurement and running Conversion lift studies and media mix models
• Experience in running client facing events, webinars etc
• Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are preferred
