Drive MDC’s social content as a Content Creator Intern, shaping on-brand, engaging short-form content.

• Create and/or direct short-form content (Reels/TikTok) consistently (4–7 per week)
• Develop lifestyle-driven, aesthetic content aligned with MDC (tennis, summer, luxury)
• Guide what should be filmed, how it should look, and how it should be executed
• Work with products, outfits, and environments to bring the brand to life
• Adapt trends into elevated, on-brand content
• Help build a consistent and intentional Instagram presence
• Focus on content that drives engagement (not just views)
• Contribute ideas to make MDC feel active, relatable, and aspirational
• Support how the brand interacts with its audience
• Suggest new content ideas and formats weekly
