Job Summary

Own end-to-end optimization of marketplace listings across Amazon, eBay, Reverb, and future channels, driving discoverability and conversions through iterative SEO, content, and data-feed improvements.

  • Own listing optimization and A+ content to boost CTR and conversions across priority marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics, merchandising, and marketing to reflect stock, accurate content, and scalable improvements.
  • Lead data-feed integration and cross-marketplace go-to-market alignment to accelerate catalog impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content (Amazon), and SEO across priority listings.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices for each marketplace’s search algorithm (Amazon A9, eBay Cassini, etc.).
  • Manage listing variation identification and set up to maximize visibility
  • Identify and fix suppressed, incomplete, or underperforming listings.
  • Ensure listings are compliant with each marketplace’s policies and category requirements.
  • Work with the Data & Analytics team to monitor performance (CTR, conversion, BSR, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with merchandising, product marketing and brand contacts to ensure priority listings reflect current stock, accurate content, and up-to-date product information.
  • Partner with Technology to ensure the optimal product data is pushed to the marketplace channels through data feeds and Rithum.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging imagery, enhanced A+ content, and videos for priority listings
  • A/B test images, copy, pricing strategies, and enhanced content to improve listing performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting, e-commerce merchandising, or product listing optimization
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, MerchantWords, etc.).
  • Familiarity with product data feeds, listing templates, and marketplace CMS tools.
  • Comfortable with basic data analysis (Excel, Looker, Domo or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven by performance metrics.
  • Experience with Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Listing Mirror, or other feed management tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Music Instrument industry and related gear
