Responsibilities

• Prepares marketing collateral and signage for print and distribution across locations and clinics. This includes brochures, rack cards, flyers, patient guidebooks, booklets and other materials as needed.
• Tracks, clips and scans news articles, tracks and downloads Google Alerts, online reviews and digital mentions of HRRMC.
• Creatively manages employee-facing bulletin boards, where we post news articles, community events, internal communications and health observances, as well as additional hospital and clinic content.
• This regular part-time position provides essential administrative and communications support to the Marketing team, ensuring departments and clinics have the materials and resources they need.
• It also offers an opportunity to expand responsibilities and gain hands-on marketing experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of administrative experience, or combination of communications and administrative experience in an office setting.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Current and valid Colorado driver’s license and insurance I.D. card in good standing.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and other office technology.
• Ability to prepare, organize, and maintain printed and office materials.
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, integrity, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
