Drive cross-location marketing and technology operations coordination for a Florida dealer group.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pull and organize marketing and sales performance reports with training provided
  • Standardize reporting formats to ensure consistency across all locations
  • Maintain reporting calendars and meet deadlines
  • Identify missing information or inconsistencies and follow up for resolution
  • Coordinate communication between dealership leaders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track campaign timelines to ensure timely launches
  • Follow up consistently to prevent delays
  • Provide clear status updates to leadership
  • Review dealership websites for common quality control issues
  • Flag errors and coordinate corrections

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute 2-3 times week to other Florida dealership locations
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record
  • Be insurable by company liability
  • Florida driver's license
  • Work on Saturdays occasionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Automotive retail experience preferred
  • Associate degree or higher preferred; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in Marketing and/or Technology
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems, customer relationship management platforms, inventory tools, and advertising platforms
