Responsibilities

• Build and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and automated flows
• Set up and maintain CRM systems and segmentation structures
• Implement flows such as welcome series, wholesale outreach flows, and post-purchase sequences
• Help migrate or integrate contact lists from platforms such as Faire, Shopify, and email providers
• Track performance and assist with campaign reporting and optimization
• Assist with design and formatting of marketing materials including email templates, presentations, lead magnets, sales decks, and outreach materials
• Organize and prepare visual assets and brand content
• Support content planning across email marketing, founder social content, and lead generation campaigns
• Help coordinate UGC and creator collaborations
• Klaviyo flow setup

Requirements

• Have 3–6 years of experience in marketing, email marketing, or digital brand support
• Are comfortable working inside Klaviyo or similar email platforms
• Have strong visual sensibility and enjoy working with design-driven brands
• Are confident using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Klaviyo, Airtable or Notion, and Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
• Understand the basics of consumer brands and retail
• Enjoy turning ideas into organized systems and repeatable processes

Nice to Have

• Experience building marketing systems for multiple clients
• Familiarity with design-driven brands
• Experience coordinating creator collaborations or UGC campaigns
• Growth mindset and interest in small studio environments
