Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute production-driven work for client accounts
• Develop and write marketing and social media campaigns aligned with client brands
• Write and edit compelling, on-brand copy across platforms consistent with BAP Agency's storytelling approach and each client's voice
• Support trade show, exhibit, and event initiatives
• Manage production and accounting tasks across the full scope of services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns, content, and digital initiatives are executed on strategy and on brand
• Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions
• Track project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts
• Perform research on industry trends, competitors, and market data
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients, vendors, and partners

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, English, or a related field, preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing, advertising, account service, or a related agency role
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns and social media content
• Ability to adapt tone and voice by client across platforms
• Coordinating trade shows, events, or exhibits
• Proficiency in Google Suite and ClickUp (or other PM tools) required
