Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Lead client meetings and confidently guide strategic direction and decisions
- Create targeted campaigns to attract and retain customers across multiple channels
- Define what success looks like for each campaign and identify how performance will be measured
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to adjust strategy and improve results
- Develop, manage, and adjust marketing budgets based on performance and goals
- Oversee execution of campaigns and ensure alignment with strategy
- Drive accountability across internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Identify opportunities for growth, revenue, and improved performance
- Collaborate with leadership and sales to align messaging and business goals
- Track results and use insights to improve future strategies
- Stay up to date on trends and bring curious, observant, and innovative thinking to client strategies
- Take ownership of client success and overall account performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Proficient with Google Suite and general technology
